"I loved the place from the first time i went there.I love the selection and the pricing. I loved several bikes, some within my budget, some were not.The people there are nice, and they will not overwhelm you with a lot of chatter. But if you ask a question, they will show you how much they know, and you will be satisfied. When i got my bike i didn't know all the gadgets you can have to improve your experience. They guided me as I found the need for them, and now i have several of them. One year after my first motorcycle purchase, i was riding to visit my sister on a 2000 mile interstate round trip. This was only possible after the purchase of those little devices for comfort and aid. The only thing i sometimes think could improve their service isnif they had their catalogs available online. (No pricing needed). A couple of times i have gone there with questions about part purchasing, just to spend time with someone there going over catalogs. It is fine for me, but i think i am using up their time.Thank you guys, I'll be seing you soon. I need a change if oil after another 2000 mile trip..." This year I went to Canada and was southbound when my always maintenance mind decided my ride needs a few things done to it.New front tire, coolant change, new throttle cables and a oil change.Sam set up my appointment & Jeff did the wrench turning.Quick turn around and fair pricing . This year I went to Canada and was southbound when my always maintenance mind decided my ride needs a few things done to it.New front tire, coolant change, new throttle cables and a oil change.Sam set up my appointment & Jeff did the wrench turning.Quick turn around and fair pricing . "After describing a problem with the front brakes on my Hayabusa, the Service Department gave me an appointment to have the pads replaced. The appointment was convenient. The work was done well. However, it didn't take long to realize that the problem remained. I must note that the issue appeared only when braking hard, which the service test rider was unaware of. The real problem was binding or corrosion in the pivit points of the front brake lever. A few drops of oil did the trick. I don't feel bad about all of this as the old pads had 23 thousand miles on them. Replacing the pads may have been technically unnecessary but having new pads feels OK."
